70!!! (August 2)

I can smell fall in the air. Some trees are already shedding their leaves and there is that "taste" of late summer (even though we just started August).

I don't really feel like writing. I feel good, I got my run in, and it was gooooooooooooooood :)

I don't have anything intelligent to say at this moment, and words are meaningless when the body is healing and the heart is singing.
