It's Day 100!

As T.S. Eliot once said "only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far they can go." well, I have gone 100 days non-stop running... didn't think I could do it, but here we are. 600+ miles covered, the body and knees are hurting... but it's done.

The physical pain - I try to think of it as this is the body's way of ridding itself of weakness.

Here is something that is weird but true: some of the most difficult and stressful moments of our lives also end up being the most formative and motivating. Some of the best most gratifying experiences of our lives are also the most distracting and demotivating. Sometimes we just shouldn't trust our conception of what is a positive or negatives experience. All we know for certain is what hurts in the moment and what doesn't and that's not worth much...

Happy 100, Bored Runner! You did it.

P.S. trust me, if I managed to do this - anyone can.
