I simply love it when a run turns out a *good run*.

Every day when I come out it's a little bit of a "surprise" - which one will it be today:

(a) I've tuned out run, or

(b) why am I doing this to myself run, or

(c) I've got to get this out of the way very quickly run or

(d) I can take it slow and just enjoy it run (usually the weekends) or

(e) I can't breathe run or

(f) Watch me, I am going to kick some butt run or

(g) ... I keep collecting more <names for my runs>...

The days are becoming rainy and I welcome rain, especially during the run.

Running in the rain makes me happy - probably everyone else is inside :)
