7.5 miles

7.5 miles of pure joy, bliss and happiness! (and I've finished Obama's "Promised Land" on my run too :))

It was so simple, joyous. I cherish days like today, when I can just go run and "lose myself in it" (what a gift and what a privilege when many can't or have bigger worries to think about - I don't take it for granted).
