Day 230 (January 10, 2021)

Not every day is a great run. Today I still felt tired from yesterday, but still put in the slog-of-a-run-through-deep-muck - to at least start feeling like my normal self (awake). Every day is different, but still got to put 100% every day. I am not perfect and nobody else is either. My 100% today looked different from my 100% yesterday. Yet, I finished today's run. Sometimes just carrying on, one foot in front of the other, is the thing we need to rise to on a given day.

I have no doubt, tomorrow I will run better.
