It was raining and snowing and thunderstorming tonight when I went running... and it was a perfect culmination to this week. The run was perfect. It was a privilege to run at 9PM at night (how many people can say that..)
The only thing I know with clarity is that voice deep inside that continues to chant: "Keep, keep going.. you are on the right track."
