I felt defeated running up the hill today. I know it is a temporary condition. Giving up would make it permanent. But somehow I hoped I would feel more energy, I would be more in control of my running. Not today.. perhaps, that's the vulnerability you feel hitting your limitations. The view was breathtaking though in the end..
