I went for a morning run in the rain and solitude today. Peaceful, wet and hard (I am thinking of coming back to daily running again...). A one hour run is 4% of your day. No excuses.

I stayed focused, no nonsense, no drama, just focus. Miles became a moving meditation. When it’s pouring rain and you’re jogging along through the wet, there’s satisfaction in knowing you’re out there and the others aren’t.. yep, very satisfying!
