Still running cold, but at least I am running. Sometimes I get anxious - what if I never run as long/fast as before, but then I calm myself down - “just run, don’t over-analyze“. I went to the sauna afterwards and plunged into the ice cold pool (I dread it, in fact, I am almost terrified of it), but it was inevitable that I needed to do it. It felt like a million needles piercing your body all at once - a wild and an unforgettable sensation. Overcoming that fear of the ice water and just plunging into it heads down was good too.
