BR: With no hesitation, “Mental toughness!”
accompanied.. with smile, poise, grace and lipstick along the way.
G has reminded me with the "decision tree" on the white board today (snapshot at the very bottom).
--> "Start Here: are you happy: yes? no?" Choose. Simple and profound :)
The run was late, cool and without any people on the street. I've finished it without nearly noticing the time, which is good.
